2 — GAIL KIM vs. TARYN TERRELL — ODB special referee

Back from break, “Corpus” Christy Hemme was standing by to introduce Gail Kim, then Taryn Terrell to face her enemy from the past few months. As Taryn completed her introduction, the announcers plugged a new Knockouts website coming in two Thursdays.

ODB was introduced as special referee, prompting Taz to complain that ODB is refereeing with a flask in her hand, making her unfit to officiate, of course. A brawl broke out, then ODB called for the bell. Once the match started, Gail controlled the action and argued with ODB in-between punishing Taryn. Taryn then surprised Gail with a roll-up and ODB made the count for the win. After the match, Gail argued with ODB, who chased her away, then Hemme interviewed Taryn about winning her first match.

WINNER: Taryn at 2:29.

Gail Kim and Tara ( with Jessie Godderz) versus Taryn Terrell and Velvet Sky

Before the match, referee Joey Ryan checks the ladies and he gives Velvet a tap on the rear end. Tara attacks Velvet before the bell and Tara with a chop but Velvet with clotheslines. Velvet with a side head lock and Joey gives Velvet a massage. Gail tags in and Taryn wants to be tagged in.
Gail puts Joey between them and she tags in Tara. Taryn with a back slide and rollup but Joey does not make the count. Taryn with a double leg take down and jackknife cover but no count. Taryn with an arm bar.
Velvet tags in and they hit a double shoulder tackle and then they blow a kiss to Tara and hit a double elbow drop. Velvet makes the cover and Joey looks at the pigeons. Gail attacks Velvet from behind and Tara kicks Velvet and sends her into Gail’s boot. Gail tags in and she connects with a forearm and she gets Velvet on her shoulders and then she drops Velvet on the mat.
Gail with the cover and Joey only watches. Tara tags back in and she sends Velvet into the corner and connects with shoulders and chokes Velvet. Joey pulls Tara out of the corner and that pisses off Jessie and he takes off his shirt.
Tara hugs Jessie and then Velvet with a rollup but Joey does not make the count. Tara with a clothesline and then she goes for the shimmy moonsault but Joey distracts her and Tara misses.
Gail and Taryn tag in and Taryn with clotheslines and a back elbow. Taryn with a suplex and she goes up top and hits a cross body and she slams Gail’s head into the mat. Tara hits Taryn from behind and then Velvet with a drop kick that sends Tara to the floor.
Gail hits Velvet from behind and Gail starts to flirt with Joey. Gail pushes Joey and Joey likes what she is doing. Joey takes off his shirt and Taryn with an O’Connor Roll while Joey oils up. Gail reverses and rolls through and Joey makes a quick three count.

Winners: Gail Kim and Tara

After the match, Joey realizes that Gail toyed with his emotions. He returns to the ring and he tries to plead his case to Taryn and Velvet. Velvet flirts with Joey while Taryn connects with the low blow to Joey.

Taryn Terrell was introduced for the next Open Fight Night match. In the ring, she said she is so excited for her first official night as a Knockout. Taryn said she can get physical with anyone she wants, and there is one woman on the roster who has assaulted her, tormented her, and cost her her Knockouts referee role. Taryn then called out Gail Kim, which Taz said is crazy because Taryn can’t hang with Gail. No sign of Gail, though.

After a pause, Gail slowly walked out on-stage laughing about this call-out. Once in the ring, Gail told Taryn it’s a rookie mistake to call her out on her first night as a Knockout. Gail said not only has Taryn rubbed her the wrong way, but also someone else who wants to call her out tonight. Gail then brought out Tara to help take care of business. Gail spoke over Tara’s theme music that Taryn actually thinks she can hang with them. This turned out to be an ambush on Taryn, but Velvet Sky’s music played to bring out the Knockouts champion. Velvet helped clear the heels from the ring once it was two-on-two, then Velvet’s music played. So, no bell and no match.

Backstage: Velvet told the roving cameraman that she felt like she had to help Taryn tonight against Gail and Velvet. A fight then broke out among the four Knockouts, continuing the fight from the ring. Taz heeled on Taryn, asking if she needs anger management.

In-ring: Referee Taryn Terrell marched to the ring and said she knows she is on probation because it’s her job to control the chaos, not add to the chaos. But, Gail Kim pushed her too far. Regardless, she is ready to accept her consequences. Gail then came out to gloat in Taryn’s face, saying she’s going to get fired tonight.

This brought out Brooke to address the situation. Brooke said this has been a very tough decision for her to make. She said she loves Taryn, but she has to be fair. “I have to

terminate you as referee for the Knockouts,” Brooke said, drawing big laughs and mock tears from Gail. Brooke then turned Gail’s smile upside down by announcing Taryn

has been officially signed to the Knockouts roster. Gail freaked out, then Taryn speared Gail to make it official.
